Our position is completely work-from-home, and we have a lot of experience and success in onboarding new team members virtually.

Here's what you'll get to do:
- Analyze and document existing business processes, pinpointing inefficiencies and opportunities for streamlining operations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that effectively address identified business needs
- Collaborate with developers throughout the build and implementation phases of technology-based solutions
- Maintain a current understanding of best practices and updates for relevant tools and technologies, ensuring optimal utilization throughout the organization
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive systems design elements, including documentation, workflows, diagrams, data migration rules, and other deliverables
- Leverage external industry data, competitor intelligence, and market research to gain deeper business insights and inform strategic decision-making
- Convert data analysis results into clear, actionable strategies for operational improvements
- Track the implementation of established strategies and assess their impact on overall operational performance
You're a Great Fit If you:
- Have 3-5 years of strong experience in a Business Analyst role or a directly related field
- Have experience in the financial industry (not mandatory, but it is a plus)
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Demonstrate a passion for continuous learning by readily adapting to new technologies and industry best practices
- Employ strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes of issues, interpret data, and develop clear, actionable recommendations
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thrive in a work environment that allows you to manage projects independently while also collaborating seamlessly within a team setting
- Have a calm and focused approach to high-pressure situations
